Career Counselor:  Provide career counseling services and programming for students and alumni from the College of Engineering and graduate school advising to students from all disciplines.  Design and deliver customized career & internship workshops and programs.  Write and maintain specific sections of the Career Center web site, contribute to unit wide publications, serve on committees and complete projects.  Establish effective working relationships with staff of all levels, faculty, academic personnel, employers and alumni.   
 
Requires a Masters Degree in counseling, career development, college student personnel, or related field, or equivalent experience.  Experience counseling students/clients involving career development/employment issues and demonstrated understanding of career development issues.  Experience designing and delivering workshops/programs.  Knowledge of employer recruiting strategies, job market trends and graduate and professional school application process.  Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills.  Ability to interact with a diverse student and staff population and demonstrated experience in the use of cross-cultural counseling skills.   EEO/AA
